Discover Scuba Diving

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to find out but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving will let you try scuba to see if you like it. Our PADI dive center offer a version of this program.While not an actual scuba certification, during the Discover Scuba Diving experience you’ll learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. To take Discover Scuba Diving, you must be: At least 10 years old

Open Water Diver

Throughout the course, youíll learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You earn this rating by completing five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water dives. Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. You must be older than the age of 14 to begin the PADI Open Water Diver program. If you are between 10 and 14 or have a child between these ages, there is a PADI Junior Open Water Diver program available.

Advanced Open Water Diver

This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. This course builds on what youíve learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.One reason you’ll love the Advanced Open Water Diver course is that you and your instructor choose from 15 types of Adventure Dives to complete your course. You can try your hand at digital underwater photography, wreck diving, , diving with underwater scooters, peak performance buoyancy and much more.

Emergency First Response

Emergency First Response (EFR) is the fastest-growing international CPR, Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) and First Aid training organization. Dedicated to training the lay rescuer, EFR courses encompasses adult, child and infant CPR skills, provides AED and First Aid training, and feature an outstanding First Aid at Work component. The company’s award-winning programs and state-of-the-art training materials make it a favorite among divers around the world. Many divers take the Emergency First Response courses to meet program prerequisites, such as PADI Rescue Diver, or as preparation for becoming a PADI Divemaster. However, most have also found the EFR program to be important in every day life.

Rescue Diver

The PADI Rescue Diver course will expand your knowledge and experience beyond purely recreational level because you’ll learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is serious, it is an enjoyable way to build your confidence…. serious fun. The PADI Rescue Diver certification is a prerequisite for all Professional level PADI courses, beginning with the PADI Divemaster certification. The course includes pool and open water sessions plus theory / shore based demonstrations. Minimum age: 15 years old (12 for PADI Junior Rescue Diver) and have successfully completed a sanctioned EFR program within the past 24 months.

Divemaster

Looking for the first step in working with scuba as a career? Your adventure into the professional levels of recreational scuba diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers. PADI Divemaster is the prerequisite certification for both the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certifications. During the PADI Divemaster program, you learn dive leadership skills through both classroom and independent study.

Thinking of getting certified for an upcoming holiday, but don't have the time to put into a regular diver course? Now there's a quick and easy program designed especially for you! This is your chance to slap on some fins, strap on a mask and experience an intense adventure in a short amount of time. Another option is the PADI Scuba Diver Course.For students who are unable to complete a full PADI Open Course, provided you have completed the full requirements for PADI Open Water Referral, we can award the PADI Open Water Referral certification.
